Web screens
New web screens for sales orders are now available, allowing you to create, amend and view sales orders all from a web browser. Now you can enter a sales order from your mobile phone while on the go. These orders can be created and amended one at a time but to easily work with sales orders in bulk check out our Sales Orders Excelerator.
Similarly, new web screens for quotes are also available. These allow creating, amending, and viewing quotations one at a time. For full flexibility, combine this with our Sales Orders Excelerator which allows for working with multiple quotes at once.
Printing
You can also create a pdf attachment to send via email or print your newly created sales orders and quotes directly from web screens anytime, anywhere.
Preferences
With web screen preferences, you have the power to remove and reorder columns, and remember selections. You can set preferences on per user and per company basis, so that your view of the webscreen is customised to your role.
Sales Orders
You can now see order line-item discount values from the sales orders entry screen. Improve visibility and account management by easily viewing previously applied discounts whilst placing the order, fostering an ongoing customer relationship.
Quotes
Sage 200 Professional 2022 R1 introduces cross-sell, suggest items, alternative items for quotes, and direct from the new web screens to boost up-sales. Further new features include Expiry dates, Memo Tab, Additional Status, and account on hold warnings. Currently you can only work with one quotation at a time, but to easily work with quotations in bulk check out our Sales Quotations Excelerator.
Expanded API fields
